DB2 LUW: Opening an IBM PMR/SR (Support ticket)

To open an IBM Support ticket, you can follow one of the below approaches:

(1) Phone Support:
You can call following number for phone support: 1 – 800 – IBM – SERV
Each customer has a customer ID. Make sure you have that handy while calling the above number.

Please note that phone support is encouraged for only P1 issues.

(2) Web support

(a) Open following link: http://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest

(b) Enter *userid/password
*The userid should be already associated with your customer account. If you don’t know about this, talk to your Project Manager/Client Manager.

(c) Click on “New service request” as follows and follow the screenshots:

(d) click on Continue and “create Request”
You will receive an email/call based upon selection and priority.
